If I could put ZERO stars I would. My girlfriend & I took our 2 year old daughter to get her ears pierced & the blonde girl w/ pink highlights refused to do them "cause it was too late" despite being open for another 20 minutes. I am very disgusted by the customer service she displayed & will NOT recommend this location to anyone
