Brought our pup in and they helped us quickly and efficiently. We were there for 45 min. And they stitched her up and she’s been good since! And it didn’t cost as much as we expected! (Which is always a plus)
We got referred here for out dogs tooth extraction. They were awesome to work with and really care.
My cat would not be alive if not for these amazing and caring people. I encountered kindness and empathy from every person I met at BluePearl: all the way from the front desk to the surgeon. Thank you!
Its with a very heavy heart that I write this review, and I hope that you all looking for compassionate animal care look at this before entering this facility. And I will keep sharing my story, I will not allow another animal to be silenced.
My french bulldog Aurora was my baby, I travel for my job, and she went everywhere with me. One day while she was playing her legs went paralyzed. seeing these reviews i drove five hours from my home at three in the morning to come here. I was told that she needed emergency surgery to repair her back. Her spine was swollen, and this is something that a CT will show, and a doctor SHOULD NOT opperate on a swollen spine EVER. We paid four thousand dollars for this procedure and was told she had a 90 percent recovery rate. She made it out of surgery, and I was told by "technicians" that she was urinating on her own and walking around and doing "good." this turned out to be a lie, the following day a Dr. Kaufman called me to put her to sleep because none of that happened over night and she detoriated. Dr. Kaufman was not compassionate, did not follow up with me, actually no one followed up with me to see if i was okay. They killed my baby. My baby, my puppy she had just turned two. Please tell me how this is a thing, how this lack of care happens. Animals are souls too. This was the worst experience I have ever had, these people are puppy killers, and just want your money. I asked Dr. Kaufman point blank prior to surgery and after if she needed to be put down and she said "no." someone who is as cocky should have evidence to back up there experience. No compassion was given to Aurora. If I could give you all zero stars, I would. And to top it off the place they sent her body to was more of a buisness transaction than any body of caring. Do not call me and tell me your sorry for my loss when you all are responsible for the loss of my baby. Just FYI this chain is also responsible for the reckless death of Chloe the frenchbulldog talk about lack of education its disturbing! ZERO compassion to me who was hysterical bringing her in, more stares no one hugged me, no one sat me down and showed compassion. So disgraceful, and not of love or God. So disappointing. and you can say whatever you want about your customers, but the customer experience is everything.
We made the decision that it was time for our dog to be put to sleep. This is not something we took lightly. There were tears and heart ache. My husband brought our 12 year old large dog in. He is going blind. He had horrible arthritis in his hips and couldn't do the stairs anymore. He is unable to sit at all, he either stands gingerly or has to lay down we have been medicating him but it was time...or so we thought. My husband brings him in and the vet tech tells him she is uncomfortable putting him down because he ( the dog) looks happy. This is not a decision we took lightly we were grieving. Now we have to find a new vet that is able to understand that this is not something we want to do, it is for him.
