They are so very inconsistent & the communication here is terrible! They will never call you back if you ever have a problem. I'm looking into moving out but because these people are unbelievable with zero customer service skills & will not work with you at all. It's their way or the highway.

Was decent at one point, Owners suck!! I would think twice about moving here..

*11/2017 New managers bringing in new homes which is great!

Called 3 times about the street light being out for over year & still nothing. They shut the water off w/o proper notice still.

They have very strict rules about what you can do to your lot and if you are not part of the favorite tenants you can not have a fire pit even though there are many people that have piles of wood and a in ground fire pit. It would be ideal if they have rules then they should be enforced equally to all not to some. Ownership/management has changed multiple times over the years and each time rules get more strict.

This used to be a great place to live until Lakeshore purchased this park. The management here do NOT CARE ONE BIT ABOUT THE RESIDENTS! Their main objective here is to put in as many run down old trailers in here as possible to collect the highest lot rent in Minnesota. They now are parking trailers right next to each other instead of spacing them out. There are 3 to 4 empty lots available in a row & instead of filling those empty lots up they want to pack us all in like sardines. The houses are so close that you can hear your neighbors snore & can't even have your windows open on nice evenings. They say they are going to fill every lot. Instead of giving us existing residents some space which is what I requested, I was told " you are not going to dictate to me where I'm going to put homes". I was by no means dictating anything, only asking but the regional manager was mean, rude, high strung & yelled at me.

And don't ever think about having company over late because if your company parks in the street in front of your home after 11 pm it will cost you a trip to Minneapolis & $285 to get your vehicle out of their tow lot they have contracted. You have to share your small driveway with the home next to you so if you have a family with more than 2 cars you have no where to park & are constantly having to shuffle vehicles & then risk having your neighbor hit your new vehicle which is what happened to me. There is no room here & was told by management to "move up north if I wanted more room". Nice!

A better plan would be to space them all out & then later fill in as more homes come in. I highly doubt with the way they treat us residents that anyone would want to do business with these crooks!

The prior owners used to have after school activities for children until their working parent came home, pig roasts, craft activities, open clean pool, treated our lawns every spring, sealed the driveways, made sure the park was picked up, took your branches away, trimmed the trees, landscaped the park nice, would actually let each resident know if they had to shut off the water when a new house came in. Now, they shut the water off on you for 8-10 hours & you are NOT properly notified. They DON'T do 1 thing that the former owners did & they keep increasing the rent with no improvements or amenities. When it snows they leave a big pile of snow for you at the end of your driveway & they rarely put salt down so you have nothing but a big ice rink in the winter. Sometimes you cant even stop for the signs & slide right on into traffic.

This place is a joke! Been here for 3 years now, and it just gets worse and worse. Lately the water has been shut off with little to no notice to it's residence. It is highly unprofessional of the management and is very inconsiderate. Also, there are two signs right as you enter the park that you should be aware of, especially if you aren't a resident. One sign states times that are okay to park on the streets (6am-10pm) However, there is a sign directly above it stating no parking in the streets at any time. What is the point of posting two signs that contradict each other? Nothing they do here makes sense anymore. Can't wait to get out of here.

It is a fairly nice and clean trailer park. But the employees are very difficult to find or reach on the phone. When you are able to reach an employee they are not very helpfull or they make you feel like you are wasting their time. The lot rent is on the higher end and you would expect that would mean you are paying for better amenities.

The trails were very confusing. We rented bikes from NiceRide and rode on the paths. There wasn't alot of signs to direct us or if we could enter in certain places. However, I enjoyed my bike ride with friends. The feeling of true adventure is here at this park.

The streets need repair & they won't repair your broken up driveway or sidewalk. When sealing my own driveway management said " You need permission to do that & make any improvements & that it was NOT my land". That's what kind of rude treatment you get for spending hundreds of dollars to fix this dump of a place up. I used to like it here until these new owners & horrible management took over. They only want your money & will fill this park up with older run down trashy trailers. Some of us have newer homes. The city is not allowing trailers older than 16 years old into parks but somehow this park must of gotten grandfathered in or something so I imagine this will soon be the dumpiest mobile home park in the cities which makes a lot of us upset because the former owners were all for the residents & their plan was to make this the most premier park around. Now I doubt I will ever be able to sell my place & leave.

They have an older play ground for the kids at the entrance of the park but no dedicated parking for the park. A indoor pool that is closed for cleaning/repairs and when it is open is only accessible during office hours.
