I just got out from the Chipotle, my order was stake bawl for $ 9.00 I was in a hurry, but I told the cashier my plate is almost empty , not even a half I she told me next time they will fill it up. I wonder , what kind of the answer , it was ? Why next time , I was hungry today, it is not going to be a next time. The service was awful. In MOA the service is excellent.
Worst Chipotle in MN!!!! First of all it took me 15 minutes to get through the line. They had one person on the line but there was constant cackling coming from the back of the restaurant. When I was ordering my food I looked at the line and it was absolutely disgusting. There was rice everywhere, bean juice was smeared on the line, and the chicken looked like coal!!!! When I paid for my burrito the cashier charged me for guac. I did not get guac in my burrito!!! When I tried to explain the cashier completely ignored me!! I demanded to talk to a manager! A short chubby man with the name of Mauricio talked to me. He was ignorantly rude and did nothing to help me! He asked for a receipt! The cashier never gave me one!!! When I told him I had no receipt he turned on his heels and briskly walked away! Who put this fool in a management position?! He needs to be reprimanded for his behavior!!! He brings shame to the Chipotle name!
Seriously good food. A bit spendy but worth it. Large parking lot for easy in and out. Very busy during meal times so plan accordingly. The place was clean inside and out to include the bathroom. My meal was hot and fresh. The lines my be long but they move fast.
I love this Chipotle!! Super friendly staff and no long lines.
I go here all the time! Best price of all the food chains to get a reasonably balanced 1k calorie lunch.
