My wife and I have been clients of Tom for over 10 years now. The have been great at helping us reduce our costs and provide great coverage. There is one specific time I would like to call out though that really keeps me as a customer of Tom's. 8 or 9 years ago now State farm accidentally pulled my payment 3 days early. At the time money was really tight, and it pulled before my paycheck instead of afterwords. While I didn't go negative, I was supposed to go out with friends that Thursday and this pulled all the money I had for this. While State farm itself was not able to reverse the payment in time they were able to reverse it for the next Day. Since Tom new this would not help for the evening plans, he personally drove out to my apartment and gave me cash for the inconvenience. This blew my mind and still let me enjoy my night out. Way beyond expectations.
This has been a wonderful agency to work with throughout my life.
