This store is great the staff treated me like family. Very helpful and friendly. I have to say AJ is someone very special a great person. I look forward to doing more business with this store. Because when I walked in they treated me Like I was family.
I have used HC for four months now and really have loved that they are nice and professional, HOWEVER the fact that they do not offer anything for online paying or setting your account is a HUGE down fall. I was currently in accident, spent two days in the hospital and I call to inform them and let them know may payment will be two weeks late and get told there is nothing they can do for me unless I come into the store. I have a toddler and no car right now and they said find a way in or by Friday it will be sent in to the credit company as a late payment and effect your credit. If services were offered for online this wouldn't be a issues. Trying to rebuild your credit and everyone offers online payment and support but you guys. Really sucks.
