Over the past 10 years, I have had to work wtih many funeral homes and to date, I have not had as positive an experience as I had recently with you and your staff. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. I was treated with respect and if I made a suggestion or asked for something to be changed, it was done smoothly and without making me feel that I was being demanding or interfering. I was also impressed by the warmth and friendliness at the funeral chapel. Walking in, the layout was very nice but also very inviting and soothing. It was also nice to know that there was enough staff present, even with a small service, to deal with anything that may occur. I never had to go looking for anyone which was really nice. You and your staff are easily the best funeral folks I have worked with and I will recommend you to persons who ask for help in this area because I feel certain that they will be well cared for and treated with compassion.
The funeral home was nice, but the staff, especially the older gentlemen in charge, was very rude, uncompassionate, trying to rush people to leave the cemetery before we had a chance to talk to family members.
It has been 5 months since my mom went to heaven. I was lost and confused about what to do when she passed suddenly. My first call was to Kozlak Radulovich and spoke with Nick. He explained what they offered and I said I would let him know. After a long day and unable to decide. Nick called me back just to make sure I was able to get arrangements made. I hadn't and I knew at that moment, that Kozlaks is where we should be. They did a wonderful job! They made the process so much easier to handle. They treated us like family in our time of grief. I can't thank them enough. I will recommend them over and over.

Danielle and her staff were great to work with. They really helped us get through a very difficult time. They were all so kind and treated us like family. Their patience and flexibility made planning our Mothers service so easy and best of all we were all able to focus on saying good bye rather than all the details.
