I'd rather go without than shop here.
I wanted to try on a couple swim suits, but the ink tags were attached in such a way that it was impossible. The ink tags were holding the top and bottom peices together.
I asked an employee to put some items on hold for me that I found and would return to pick them up. Later that day when I returned to pick them up they lost one of the items that I really wanted, when I explained this to the store manager he looked at me as if I was crazy and had nothing more to say. I ended up finding my own item which ended up being in the fitting room that someone had tried on. Poor customer!
Garbage cashiers at the purchase counter, no politeness or any knowledge how to greet customer, not sure why the person at the counter started shouting without any reason, mentally unbalanced somehow, instead of taking care of the purchase she continued to chat with other co-worker on her husband problems. Returned items which I purchased due to this mental behaviour. Stay away from the one at Blaine unless you want the same bad experience.
I wandered around the store for about 5 minutes to locate someone to assist me and finally managed to find a sales associate not on the registers (the checkout lines were epic, so I didn't want to wait just to ask about the ink tags).
I plan on telling everyone to stay away from this crappy store. There are lots of much nicer places to shop.
Bought a bra for my daughter it was to big so I went to return it two days later and thay wouldn't completely the worst service ever I spend 500 in the store and the won't return a ten dollar item this is a store I wouldn't shop at complet disregard for customers
I chased him to the registers, then waited till he was done helping them for another 5 minutes, then had to chase him again, while hollering across the store to get him to stop walking away.
I asked him about the ink tags and how I could try on these swim suits and he said that it was "corporate policy" to attach them like that and that he couldn't help me. That he was busy with a layaway item. He also went on to say that I was free to stand in line and have someone at the register remove them so that I could try on the 2 swim suits.
While I was at this location, they are in the process of remodeling, so the store is a mess and kind of dirty.
I laughed and responded that this was ridiculous.
Horrible store. Messy, stuff thrown all over & laying on the floor. I waited in line over 30 minutes. Ridiculous. Even the customers were rude & nasty. I have shopped this store a few times, and it's gone downhill fast. I certainly won't go back.
This was the first time I've been to a Burlington coat factory and I won't be back. This place is a joke.
There are no sales staff to assist customers. I was here for about an hour an saw exactly 1 sales associate on the floor, minus the people manning the registers.
