Rented many times from this location before and always had great service with the gentleman at the counter but this last time we prepaid online went in to pickup car and was told by a lady at the counter the price wasn't right and charged us a new higher rate. Didn't want to override price for us either. Lady @ counter was indifferent and basically said company's got to make money. We'll be taking our business next door to the Enterprise location.
I have always had very positive experiences at this location! Jose is great to work with! My cars have always been in good shape and clean plus I have had excellent customer service.
