Went there to get a used boat loan 7 days ago and still didn't get the loan. Kept asking for information days later when they should know how to do all sorts of loans and what they need the day you walk in there. Never in my life has a loan process been this difficult, long and unorganized. Lost the boat due to Zhang not doing her job. Now our credit was pulled for no reason. Will never go there again. Unbelievable!
